Features of MySQL

It comes in two different versions of the proprietary enterprise server and the other open-source MySQL community server. They both came from the same source code base. And they both share similar functions aside plugins installed by the proprietary extension. Their similarities are stated below:

Replica support: MySQL has so many amazing features, and one of them is an embedded replication support system. This enables the copying of data between servers. There is four replication support and they are:

  • Asynchronous
  • Semi-synchronous
  • Synchronous and
  • Virtual synchronous.

Multiple storage: Its really helpful when it comes to multiple storage. In fact, it provides multiple storages that enable users to select the best or most efficient for each of the tables in the application.

MySQL minor server updates have always come out every two months. With just little too efficient changes added to the server and the general layout just to make users have that same workplace. MySQL community provides information and updates for free features and functions just for users.
